NAME of Business:
There are a few reasons why a cessation is filed - (1)the business has closed (2)the business is sold (3)the business name or structure is changing (4)a new owner is added (5)an existing owner departs. In the case of a departing owner only a 'partial' cessation is required. When a partial cessation is filed the "remaining owner" is the one who files and signs the cessation - the business continues without interruption.
